[Acne] how do I remove this scaring?

I have these “scars”? On my face and while they aren’t extremely noticeable I would still like them gone.
I’ve started a slight skin routine for the past three weeks and honestly my face has broken out more. Than it did before I started.
Nothing fancy Cerave hydrating cleanser and resurfacing retinol serum before I got to bed. And tinted hueguard 3 in 1 sunscreen before I leave the house in the day.
I just want clear skin, I’m aware I can have it worse and I’m grateful I don’t but I’m overall Just kinda annoyed by it.
