[Acne] Product Rec for Stomach Acne

I’m over this stomach acne. I tried Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash several months ago, and for the past couple months, Dove Men’s Care Anti-Dandruff Dandruff Defense – no results. I incorporated the latter because I suspected it may be bacterial, after reading other posts. I keep extra clean, but I do sweat a lot – between doing yardwork and exercising. I rarely have acne on my face anymore – I have taken care of it with a simple CeraVe routine. It seems like I’ve had the stomach acne forever though. Occasionally it’ll appear on my collarbone area, upper back or back of my neck – but mostly just beneath my chest. Product suggestions welcomed please!
