Laptop won’t connect to ONLY my home Wifi

I’ve been having this problem for way too long, my laptop will connect to any other WiFi network i have tried including my uni, but when I connect to my home WiFi, it connects and reconnects every few seconds meaning it is unusable. The laptop is the only device in the household having this issue. I have tried everything I could find online including scanning for new wifi drivers but nothing has worked. I have also went through the network troubleshooting but it doesnt come up with anything significant just says that the connection may be slow, but otherwise fine
It is an HP Laptop model 15s-fq2024na, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor (sorry i dont know what information is needed here and have no idea what any of it means)
The wifi adapter is Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter. When I scan for driver updates it says that this is the most up to date one.
The one thing i have seen online that I cant see on the laptop is a wireless lan card for Windows 11? I dont know what this is or how to get it if I need it. Any suggestions for a fix would be massively appreciated
