Le service client est mort.

I swear, customer service is dying. I’ve been trying to get hold of Openserve for days now, and guess what? No proper contact number anywhere. Just “self-help guides,” “online forms,” and chatbots that keep looping me back to the same useless page.
I’m not trying to rebuild a satellite dish — I just need to speak to a person. But apparently, that’s too much to ask in 2025. Companies have become allergic to human interaction. They call it “digital efficiency,” but what it really means is we don’t want to pay people to help you anymore.
So now I’m stuck reading technical guidelines I barely understand, doing their job for them, while they pat themselves on the back for ‘streamlining support.”
When did it become normal for paying customers to have to troubleshoot their own services because the company refuses to answer the phone?
